These payments are to be
carried out in Euro. The cashier's office exchanges the received amounts for
a handling charge of €7.50 in US dollars and immediately passes on these
amounts on behalf of the investors to the bank of the VC Company. The trustee
is responsible for the investor's accounts. All amounts which are transferred
to the trustee for the purpose of business with the VC Company are used after
deduction of the issue costs to purchase shares of the VC Company for the net
asset value. The investors become share owners only with a credit note on the
account of the VC Company with the Capitol Valley Bank. The VC Company will
transmit the shares purchased to the investor within 2 weeks by mail if so

payable in U.S. currency, the issuing bank must be in the United States.

of Knorr Venture Capital Group INC. "Name
of buyer, address, Date of birth" . Only this way can the transferred
amount be allocated to the buyer. Owners of current holdings must also include
